CruzN is designed to bring car enthusiasts together for cruises, meets, events, and shared automotive experiences. Safety must always come first.
By accessing or using CruzN, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Do Not Use CruzN While Driving
You agree not to operate, interact with, type into, configure, or otherwise use the CruzN application while actively operating a motor vehicle.
If you need to interact with CruzN, you must:
- Have a passenger operate the application; or
- Safely pull over and park your vehicle in a lawful location before using the application.
Your attention must remain on the road, surrounding traffic, pedestrians, weather conditions, and other hazards at all times.
2. Obey All Traffic Laws
CruzN does not encourage, promote, organize, or condone:
- Speeding
- Street racing
- Reckless or aggressive driving
- Dangerous vehicle maneuvers
- Distracted driving
- Driving under the influence
- Trespassing
- Blocking or interfering with public roadways
- Evading law enforcement
- Violating traffic signals, signs, speed limits, or other applicable laws
All users are responsible for complying with federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations applicable to their location.
Participation in a CruzN cruise, event, meetup, route, or other activity does not provide permission to violate any law.
3. Drive Responsibly
Routes, destinations, cruise information, maps, alerts, user-generated information, or other content provided through CruzN are intended only as informational and social features.
You are solely responsible for determining whether it is safe and legal to continue driving, follow a route, enter an area, or perform any action.
Never follow an instruction from CruzN if doing so would be unsafe or illegal.
Road conditions, closures, traffic patterns, construction, weather, and other hazards may change without notice.
4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The operation of your vehicle;
- Maintaining control of your vehicle;
- Following traffic laws;
- Determining whether you are physically and legally capable of driving;
- Maintaining appropriate vehicle registration, inspection, insurance, and licensing;
- Ensuring your vehicle is safe to operate; and
- Your decisions and actions before, during, and after participation in any CruzN activity.
CruzN does not supervise or control how individual users operate their vehicles.
5. Assumption of Risk
Driving and participating in automotive activities involve inherent risks, including the possibility of property damage, collisions, serious bodily injury, or death.
By using CruzN or participating in an activity coordinated or discovered through CruzN, you voluntarily acknowledge and assume the risks associated with operating or riding in a motor vehicle.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CruzN, its owners, developers, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be responsible or liable for accidents, collisions, injuries, death, property damage, traffic violations, citations, arrests, losses, or other damages resulting from or related to:
- Your operation of a motor vehicle;
- Your use or misuse of CruzN;
- Distracted driving;
- Participation in cruises, meets, events, or other activities;
- The conduct of another CruzN user;
- Reliance on routes, locations, alerts, maps, or user-generated information; or
- Any user's violation of applicable laws.
Nothing within CruzN should be interpreted as an instruction to operate a vehicle in an unsafe or unlawful manner.
7. User-Organized Activities
Unless specifically stated otherwise, cruises, meets, events, destinations, and routes created through CruzN are user-generated activities.
CruzN does not guarantee the safety, legality, organization, accuracy, conduct, or suitability of any user-created activity or participant.
Users participate at their own risk and remain individually responsible for their actions.
8. Emergency Situations
CruzN is not an emergency service and should never be relied upon to report or respond to emergencies.
If you are involved in an accident, encounter a dangerous situation, or require emergency assistance, safely stop your vehicle when possible and contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.
9. Safety Takes Priority
If anything displayed within CruzN conflicts with:
- Traffic laws;
- Posted road signs;
- Instructions from law enforcement;
- Actual road conditions; or
- Your reasonable judgment regarding safety,
follow the law and actual road conditions—not the application.
10. Acknowledgment
By selecting “I Agree,” “Accept,” “Continue,” or otherwise using CruzN, you acknowledge that:
